Finish the Star Cup.

Unlock Stages:
These are the fourth stages of the cups that can be unlocked

Gira Gira Desert (Star Cup):
Win by 800 points in a match in star cup.

Malboro Garden (Flower Cup):
Dunk 3 times in the last court of flower cup (daisy garden), and a panel appears, and from that get a blue seed.

Sunset Beach (Mushroom Cup):
In exhibition, between the times of around 4-6pm play noko noko beach and win by over 200 points.

Unlock Different Basketballs:
Completing certain tasks get you different basketballs.

Black and Red Ball - Play Rainbow ship on exhibition without coins and win
Goomba Ball - Get Gold in Hard Star Cup
Gold Ball - Collect 5000 points in profile
Cheep-Cheep Ball - Get Gold in Hard Mushroom Cup
Dice Ball - Get Gold in Hard Flower Cup
Watermelon - Get Gold in Flower Cup
Yoshi Egg - Get Gold in Mushroom cup
Star Ball - Use all special moves in a tournament
All Silver Ball - 2000 points on profile
Blue and Silver Ball - Complete Training Mode
Soccer Ball - Get Silver In Hard Mushroom Cup
Purple and Orange - Play Bowsers Castle in exhibition mode for the first time
Yellow and Green - Play Daisy's Garden in exhibition mode
Red white and blue ball - On any tourney match,win by ONLY using charged shots
Rainbow ball - Win 5 times in wireless exhibition
Pumpkin ball - Lose 5 times in wireless exhibition

Third Dribble Race:
Beat the two existing records in dribble race: Peach Castle (45sec) & Sunshine Road (55sec), to unlock the 3rd dribble race: Rainbow Road (1min)

Hard Mode:
Complete the Rainbow Cup in the Normal Tournament to unlock Hard Mode.

Unlockable Characters:
In order to unlock any of these characters, which you can later use on your team, perform the task specified after its name.

Bowser - Complete the Star Cup.
Paratroopa - Finish Mushroom Cup (bronze prize)
Dixie Kong - Finish Flower Cup (bronze prize)
Birdo - Finish Hard Mushroom Cup (bronze prize)
Boo - Finish Hard Flower Cup (bronze prize)
Flyguy - Finish Hard Star Cup (bronze prize)
Black Mage - Finish Rainbow Cup (Gold prize)
Ninja - Beat Rainbow Cup
Moogle - Finish Star Cup (Silver prize)
White Mage - Finish Rainbow Cup (Silver prize)

Unlockable Cups:
Perform the specified task in order to unlock the Cup stated.

Flower Cup - Complete the Mushroom Cup, which is initially available.
Star Cup - Complete the Flower Cup.
Rainbow Cup - Complete the Star Cup.

Red and Black Ball different color:
To change the color of the red and black ball is very simple. All you have to do is play on the third court in the mushroom cup and dunk the ball. It won't change immediately. You will have to be patient.

Basketball Bonus:
Beat the selected task to unlock the corresponding basketball.

Get Cactaur:
Acquire 800 or more points in the normal Star Tournament.

Acquire Hidden Boo:
Compltete Flower Cup Mode on the hard difficulty.
