To unlock all characters, enter the Single or Endless mode starting menu, then press Up, Down, Triangle, Square, Start.

To unlock all characters and intermission sequences, go to "Options" > "Gallery" > "View Cutscenes", then hold Square and press Up, Down, Left, Right.
Unlockable Characters:
Unlock the following characters by performing the corresponding tasks:
Popoi - Beat the WakuWaku course on Normal difficulty.
Carbuncle - Either get less than four or more than twelve fevers without any continues in HaraHara mode. Alternately, beat the game with your number of continues as a multiple of 7.
