You must khezu at Attack of the Cave Wyvern.

Hint - Pure Crystal:
To obtain the Pure Crystal simply get your farm to mining point 2 and keep mining. You get it about every 15 to 20 times you mine.

The stats for the Judgement sword are:
Attack 1104
Sharpness 1/10 red, 1/20 orange, 1/5 yellow, 1/5 green.
